There are many options available to you, depending on your estate planning needs. However, should you want a basic Will, we charge the following:

Lasting Power of Attorney
If you ever lose mental capacity, you will be unable to manage your own affairs. For example, you would no longer be legally able to buy or sell property, make final decisions about your own medical treatment or even access your own bank account.

Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) are legal documents that allow people you trust to act on your behalf when you're no longer able to do so. They are an important part of in-life Estate Planning. In fact, consumer champion Martin Lewis considered them "more important than Wills".

You (the "donor") appoint people you trust ("attorneys") to help manage your bank accounts, pay your bills, make medical decisions and agree care arrangements for you.
​
You can only register LPAs whilst you still have the mental capacity required to grant this power, and it avoids lengthy and costly court applications later.
You can choose from either a financial LPA or a health and welfare LPA, but we highly recommend that you have both in place.

LPA x 1 (health or finance) = £390 inclusive (plus registration fee of £92)

LPA x 2 (health and finance) = £600 inclusive (plus registration fee of £92 X 2)

LPA x 4 (health and finance for a couple) = £1,140 inclusive (plus registration fee of £92 x 4)
